Well with odds of 1:649,740 you wont see many - I am yet to see one in my own hand, I have however lost a £118 pot in a live cash game when my straight flush started with a 8, the board was 10,J,Q, and the (original raiser) had A,K. I dont even get to call it a bad beat ;-)
