From what he's posted It seems like they didn't give any warnings for the swearing, just banned his chat permanently outright for swearing once, the warnings he received were to stop posting critical posts on the forum.

Assistanc3 you said that people complain on ALL the forums about ALL the poker sites being rigged etc, if that's true then why does PKR get all funny and threaten bans when people make the same comments on their forum?
Why do they not just shrug it off as irrational conspiracy theories?
All PKR's paranoid approach to any kind of criticism does is to make me suspicious
