Hi all,

We’re sorry you’re upset by the changes to the shop. We’ve raised the prices of some items to make sure you always get the best quality merchandise and to cover increases to us in shipping costs. Raising prices is not something we like to do, but we do need to ensure that our costs are adequately covered.

The good news is that we’re also expanding the PKR Shop (later today) so that you can get tickets to loads more tournaments on the site with PKR Points – including tickets that you can get for a minimum of points.

We are listening and many of these changes are the result of feedback we’ve gotten from players in the past and we hope the changes to the shop will offer more variety for all of our players.
