The issue that you experienced did not correlate with any of the known server or connection issues.



We have noticed that some players that have been affected by this issue have found that is has been ISP related. Could you contact them to see if they have any restrictions on gaming sites during peak times.



Also make sure that PKR is on the acceptance list of your firewall. These are the ports that need to be open:

51330 to 51339

52330 to 52339

8018

58019
