Sounds obvious but it's clearly a big thing for most people when they get truly "rivered"

FOUR times this week I've had Trips on a paird board and played them hard, and all four times I've been called by either the same trips with a lower kicker than mine, or a low pair that have all made full houses on the river. Not the turn, always the river.

It pissed me off for half an hour, then I reminded myself I'd be happy if it was me that hit the boat, and that them hitting their boat card is just as likely as me hitting mine....

I've also definatley convinced myself that this sort of action, people calling a paird board all-in with a pocket pair, is in the land of $10 SNGs and lower. I've moved to $22 SnGs now and it just isnt happening - as it shouldn't - the odds are crazy.

The point - don't let it get to you. I'm not any more :-)
