After 14 days of waiting for my account to be approved, I got on the online chat, talking to some idiot who told me "i don't know what happened to your documents, they could be anywhere". I can't believe neteller is able to request such highly personal information and not be accountable for taking it and giving nothing in return. I have been advised to send my information again. I'll send it alright. I'm sending all the details to the Australian Federal Police. If neteller can't tell me where my info is after sending me an email to say they received it, then I find that very suspicious. Their business practices are shit, and their customer service..well i've had better at mcdonalds. I'm afraid neteller can suck my balls, and i don't know why people continue to send them documents more than once. Just crazy. I certainly will not send it twice. Give them a miss and use someone else.
