No, PKR points are for 'paying' players only. It is their reward to players who play for real money and if they would be giving points away for free it would really hurt their system.

At the end of this month tho, PKR comes up with a 'new' loyalty ladder, Club PKR. Probably it only contains stuff for depositing players but they promise it will be a huge improvement.

I should say, wait till the end of the month to see what club PKR brings and then risk an investment
