Personally I think a hand converter would be far easier a project
ie. Write a script to convert PKR hand histories into something pokertracker understands, like a hand history for some other site. As far as I can see the main thing thats missing from the histories are times. You could approximate based on the file age then anyone who already has PT could import their PKR hands instead of trying to re-invent a new tool |

haha, interesting for me to find this. Im finishing uni this year, and I was looking for a project to do over the summer after i've finished before i get a job
![]() No need for me to do it now, if someone is doing it already? How are you going to do it? My idea was to have a program which reads your hand histories and stores information in a DB? Or are you going to make it so it reads the programs memory? What language are you using aswell? Another project i've been working on is a home-game clock. There are a few available already, but from what I've seen they are relatively overpriced as for what they are. Ive started working on this, just need to finish it... Will Most probably get it done once my dissertation is out of the way :P |

Hi there - I have started a new project for a hand history analyser for PKR - please have a look at this thread
http://www.pkrnation.com/general-pok...-analyser.html (PKR Hand History Analyser) I have already built a test harness for importing the hands and also scraping the time/date history from the pkr website - and then for rebuilding the data back to the program and approximate each hands start time If you can assist me - please get in touch - info on my thread. Regards Darren |
