Anyone online now and playing?

There seems to be a massive problem with the servers as i cant get onto any games, and theres 54 people in the cue to chat to support...

ALSO

I was leader in a $20STT with 5 left and im very pissed off.

I know they'll probably refund the money, but this is absolutely mental as i was playing really well...

Well as i was typing this the games have all been closed and no money is back in my account yet...

anyone else experiencing this?

Got through to the support chat... after a 30 minute wait...

Of course theres a problem and "anyone liable for compensation will be refunded within 72 hours".

So hopefully that means they'll take the positioning of the game into account...

Hey, maybe they'll give me something cool like a facegen

nope welcome the the world of online poker support, there policy is fairly bs IMO.

i've expereinced similar situations but all they do is refund the money you paid.

the worst thing for me with this was in a $15MTT down to last 11 and top 10 pay (170 people in the tourny) i was chip leader by a mile and just as the last person went all in the tourny froze after he was beat so during the process of moving into the final table and the money it froze and the tourny was cancelled.

i was on support for ages and all they could do was refund the entry money.

its very frustrating, i hope they fix this soon because if something like this happens to me in a 10k guareentee or any springfest event when im going so well i sure as hell wont be playing at pkr anymore.

Well what happens to the $100 that was the entry money of the 5 players who have been knocked out? Surely they dont get their money back... and surely PKR dont rob it off them?

As far as I was aware, the refund policy for tournies, is 50% evenly distributed to all who competed and 50% to remaining players based chip ratio. I think PKR stated this some where.

It happened to me before but it was in a freeroll

that refund policy i was told is only when the tournament is down into the money, during my event becauase it was top 10 paid and it happened during the last 11 it wasn't "in the money" as such so they just refunded buyins.

Ouch, must admit I got down to the money on a pokerstars, even though given I was short stacked and probably got the better of it, it was still an invest of 2-3 hours, so you have my sympathy.

I think PKR need to sort out their servers, I would like to compete in springfest but I'm not going to sign up unless there is more evidence of stability. They really need to get some mf servers, from what they've said they are going to separate freerolls on to another server.*

However, having said that a lot of tournies on poketstars having 15 min levels and you probably get around 2-3x the no. of hands than on PKR.

* having said that I'm one of those suffering the Tiscali blues, whom approx. have another week to sort out or I'm off to another ISP, as no connection 7-11 is pretty f'ing useless.

I'm sure there was a reason I wasn't refunded.
