Well, I've emailed them and asked for them to put it back onto the card I initially debited with as..

a) I don't know which card I used
b) I dont' have any old statements

You can always ask them to send you a cheque, I pressume most sites do this. I got a cheque from FT once, only trouble is it takes a week or two to come through and you'll have to pay your bank about £5 to process a 'foreign' cheque.

Hello matey :-) - I've , as requested, emailed a digital photo of my card, license, and utility bill. 2 days later, emailing each day, no fund release yet. Not pleased as far as I'm concerned. They emailed me immediatley when I queried the process. Now I give them the info and no replies.

Edit - I called them scum but edited that - maybe a bit harsh. But I think these sites need to perform some of these checks BEFORE you deposit rather than when you try and withdraw.

Why in the world would they perform these checks before you deposit? What do they have to gain? If you do so illegally/illegitimately, they keep the $. It is up to the consumer/player to make sure they are within the legal limits.

The point is - if it's important for them to verify that the cards you use really are yours, then why only do it when you withdraw? why not do it when you deposit? of course they don't because it would put people off - but there should be a bold warning that withdrawing could require some lengthy and invasive security checks.

Put it this way, I said to them, "why not just credit back the card I deposited with rather than Neteller - that way there can be no doubt about security" - But they declined.

I was in a mtt tourney yesterday $100 buy in. I was chip leader with about 4.5k so I was doing really well. I had a flush in the bag and I get disconnected, I freak out and wait 2 to 3 minutes...I then go to live poker assitance and I'm told it will take 30 min as I'm in line... Oh crap
I have the delemer!! Do I disconnect and try to rejoin.......Stuff it, I do as I'm not to sure of what will happen only that I know If you are late to a touney that you have paid for you get straight in when you turn on the computer..
So game goes on and guys are getting smashed by the minute, there are now only the two of us left and Im watching the screen and seeing my money go as fast as he can click his mouse... I get second place and get $ 180.00...
Ok not that bad as I get my money back and a little bonus...But having been chip leader and having a good day do I complain and ask for my cash back or take it on the chin..I'm only happy because as I said I got $ 180.00, but If I didn't I would be speechless... Any comments folks on how I should deal with this, I mean 1st place was $ 450.00
