There has been many crashes in the MTT's latetly. I experienced 4 in the last month or so. This night the 50000 crashed before it begun. This is very frustrating when you have your mind setup to play all night

The way PKR handle the backpayment is very good BUT what are PKR doing to prevent these crashes in the future? I have never experienced a crash on any other pokersite in a MTT, so there must be ways to fix it. ?

Unfortunately this is an ongoing and long process that just never seems to get fixed. As far back as I can remember PKR has had terrible problems with MTT's crashing consistently. There are a few statements released by PKR now and again saying they know there is a problem and they are working towards fixing it, but so far it seems like nothing has been done.

The servers are very slow indeed, even on the cash tables. When it gets to the current peak of around 7,000 players, the lobby is very slow and updates at a snails pace. Loading tables can also take an incredible age.

They have though invested a lot of cash into TV adverts. So there could be even more players on the way and I dread to think what the system would be like if it even reached 10,000.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but when you look at sites like Pokerstars that get around 120,000 players online at a time and they have very few problems, PKR isn't in that league yet with regards to the servers.

The 10000$+2000 casino$ crashed wednesday, i heard in the chat that the 10000 + 2000$ Xmas special bounty crashed friday and then the 50000$ saturday. If what i heard about the friday tournament is true its 3 crashes in a week.
There should be made some official statement regarding this problem.

Its really a shame cause the MTT's on PKR are normally very cool.

At this moment there are 8000 players online, and the software is very slow. PKR used to cut back the number of play money tables in the past when things got slow, but they dont do that anymore I guess.

Just been reading the PKR forums and it does indeed look like it crashed. Apparently before it crashed, they managed to play a whole 3 hands in 26 minutes. lol

There are currently almost 9,000 players online and I have no idea how much I have in my account because all the fields are blank. The lobby is painfully slow. Once you manage to get to a cash table though, there seems to be no lag.

PKR has serious issues and they will lose customers if they don't get it sorted. Nice graphics or not, if they can't play they will go somewhere they can play.

PKR are drowning in succes some well-paid Executive most show some balls and take some kinda action............

people complained b4 when the servers were slow, trnys crashed, etc
and people said /cry " they would take thier money and go "

yet now PKR has even more players on then at that time..

they fixed that problem, and are aware of this one
lets show some proper poker with some patience.

But all the 10.000/50.000 tourneys in late december and start january + numerous other tourneys? And still they write to you its UNFORSEEN technical problems?
This is not acceptable at all.
maybe the more players are due to adds? donnu but i like PKR but i really also like a stable game when you invest your time in it.
