I mostly only play Sit and Go, 1-5$
Earlier on PKR, there was more harassment and malice against female players.
But now i think, it`s a very little overweight, in male abusiv behavier.
A minority of men are behaving like girls are only good at cleaning and kooking. ( and sleeping with.. !! )
And a minority of girls, are more nasty and unpleasent, against some men for no reson i can see. !
I spend a lot of time at the table, and talk to many players, can not see any more it is a " big problem ".
There is allways the stupid and ignorent players of both sexes.
Like out there in "real" life.

I support stronger rules / policy against gross chat, to get the "bad apples" sorted out, by that i mean banned from playing for some time.
When you read the chat rules on PKR, they are clear.
By that i mean, you have to behave polite, or you will get banned and can not play on PKR.
But in practice PKR staff, that uphold these rules, are not tuff enough in the start against these abusers, a shame not to correct the "clowns" from the very first beginning. !!
Hope someone will talk to the PKR staff to correct the generel behaviour.
That will and can help.
A game of Poker should be in a polite and pleasent atmosphere.

I remember the clown in Aviation club in Paris, why they did not give that fool, at least 5 minutes ban, summens up the soft staff action.
They have to club down harder, that`s my opinion.

If the PKR site wants class and status, they tighten up. !!
But hey, they also wants the money from the fools, right.
It is after all a business, hmm ... not easy.
Let us players be smart at the table.

My avatar is a chick. I, however am a bloke. She does occasionally get sexist abuse, but only when people don't give her respect for a hand because they think a woman cant play well. It is their sexist mindset that gets them into trouble in the first place. For me its great, if I can tilt a player just by playing as agirl, alll the better for me. I do not think that any genuinely abusive behaviour should be accepted though. It's up to us to report it!!

And therein lies the answer...I had an instance of extremely inappropriate racial behaviour by a charmingly named player 'Adolf Hitler' (I kid you not) in an MTT at the tail end of last year - Through the live support he was reported to PKR along with the table details. Almost instantly he had a warning from an administrator - he chose to ignore this (and in fact to argue his point...which wasn't much of a point at all) - result was they blocked his player (he showed as sat out for the remainder of the game) and changed the avatars name to Winston Churchill (which I thought was a nice touch).

The reality is this is a site with a lot of tables and a lot of chat going on - The software blocks the obvious but we all know there are ways around it if you want to abuse - I don't think its reasonable to expect PKR to monitor all of this, however I do think that its down to players to report inappropriate behaviour - for sure some people use the emotes in an annoying fashion but we should live with that its part of the site - but if its true abuse - use the live support option - from what I've seen the response is good and that will be the only way to get shot of the muppets who think its acceptable - Do you think your local casino would put up with some of the comments being made here if you're sat at a live table? (Of course the reality is most of these spineless wonders would lack the backbone to make such a comment to someones face anyway).

Use the Live support and report it!
