OMFG what a weekend, unreal pure poker very raw stuff.

ok short blog untill later hungover and very tired,

got on the train to london with mrj1210 we very effectivly got the pkr travel chipset out and played some headsup playing to a crowd of pensioners who apeared to be disgusted and some random students who really seemed to have a good read on matt's play.

arrival in london boom ship hotel (club quaters) straight to the pub, met some forum ppls, a few from the leeds meet up but screw that got to bar had beer.

went to the empire for some food, real nice food it was only mangaed 2 courses the soup wich was real nice and some random meat in sauce with rice, like oyster chicken beef ect.

decided to play a £25 semi freezeout, got bullied around didnt really play shipped my 3 k stack with 77 to be called prefolp by A5 and Q8 (Q8 spiked a 8)

got my second stack and decided to make the player who had the Q-RAG pay for the donk move, played a stop and go with 22, raised pre for 2k the donk called (happy days) board came K73 i check she min bets i re pop (beautiful) she tanks and tanks shakes her head asks if she can call but no show her cards (wtf??) eventually calls flipping AJo misses completely and definatly learned not to donk move me.

3/4 hands later K9s board comes As7cTs i raised pre like 1500 two callers i jam the flop 2 callers turn comes 8s ty ty i rake that monster pot in.

some dude who is sponsered by full tilt (fuck knows why!!!) couldnt lay down AK on a baord he didnt hit and prob had around a 12% gutshot ( i had fuck all but i was playing the board) so calling station shoves pot odds say call so i had to. he wins silly idiot.

His play annoyed me but i went up n down a little in chips. eventually leaving after nearly blinding out shoved UTG wit Q9o called by A8 A high holds up TO THE BAR!!!!

went to burger king (hmmm) then went looking for a taxi some robbing dude offered us a taxi for £30 for a mile journey. (fool) so we spend around 30 mins lookin for a taxi at 4am on a saturday morning.

Ok so, we got to the LCC around 12, booked in grabbed a freebie hat and headed to the bar intro'd to around 10 people who i see on the forums ec yup it was pretty cool. chatted with ashley and colin, met some more that went to leeds, found danski who was running round like a headless chicken looking tired and stressed, then saw jabba sat down relaxed and in a nice refreshed mood (lol)

Main event speech started aplause players sit i scan the room unreal the talent that was here,

smoke break and time for a fresh pint of the black stuff,

start playing SnG games with themightyswe, pkr1princess, hokey, and many more.
i couldnt win a hand prob too tired shoved here and there bubbled,

met mrdickie,tangentted and some other names

played more SnG games more beer more smokes, then grabbed some free dinner some tai chicken with rice n cake for pudding (still no sign of pie mash peas n gravy! bloody southerners!)

sat chatting with beyne telling him he was a sick mofo. (he laughed)
chatted with callmebabe bazultra and again some randoms i forgot names.

more SnG games bubbled when 1kevboy called my all in pre flop i jammed with 55 he flips KQo goes on to hit a 4 card flush moneyu well spent again (lol)

bubble is fast aproaching the ME 24 left 20 get paid, watch pirate nation call a all in with QQ only to come against AK who spikes a K on the river (ouch) his chiplead goes down. then 3 hands later watch him shove JJ to be called by the guy who cuaght the k heflips QQ no help for Piratenation, who is def tilted now. left with 50k he looked someone bewildered and tired,

barcode shoves with TT in mid position badboy considers his options in a 5 min tank and then calls flips over AQ spikes a Q on the turn and a A on the river to bubble barcode in 23rd.

went to watch table 2 of 3 as it has my fav players on it flyndig and vd12345 both players short. beyne sat there with a pretty looking stack, geoffbrent sat pretty happy there with a clown mask on,

vd and flyn get it in a few times but dont get looked up and its just he blinds they take away,

hand for hand now 21 left the mood is tense and someone shouts its over as we see lockamera bubble,

we all rush to the bar and get a SnG going before they boot us from the club.

return sunday,

more beer (needed!)

last 20 set up and away we go, action is pretty rapid we see 4 leave in 30 mins, the blinds and antes are making pots 10k before we have action so it livens up the play.
a few split pots here and there and then we start to see a final table slowly forming, flyndig shoves gets called then gets busted,

vd shoves gets called wins and now we see him doubled up to 60k still far from safe but theres a sudden feeling of something spectacular, 3 handslater vd shoves to a raise and wins boom he has tripled up and sits around 120k (love it!)

suddenly its ft time. i catch up with VD and wish him al the best and promise to rail.

sadly i presumed they had a 20 min break but they had a breather thats all so i had gone to play a SnG, i get news that badboy and vince (vd12345) are now HU i shove my chips all in and walk away from my SnG VD is looking nervous badboy has 2-1 chip lead,

support is shouted for VD as we all sit on the balcony and await for it to start,

few hands no action i tell callmebabe this is gong to be vd's game. suddenly we have a uber betting raise from badboy re raise from vince re raise from badboy shove by vince and badboy flips T8o vince flips QAo the board reads nothing for both vince wins with A high and now has the chip lead.

around 10 hands play was slow and somewhat passive, i guess after playing for two days thier aggresive side had gone,

then badboy shoves, vince looks a little uncomfortable and goes into the thinktank for around ten mins, then calls flips 22 and badboy flips AT.

omg vinces 22 hold up its all over we have a ME winner, boom go to congradulate VD i lost my voice shouting on the rail for him so shake his hand excitedly

more beer, more SnG games. someone passes me a pkr wristband for free drinks i abuse this with great pleasure.

Karlthekiller is on a FT looking good for the bounty event. he goes on to win it, hicko jumps to hug him knocks his glasses but they cuaght his nose now karl has blood gushing everywhere. so a little break i jump in to congradulate him hes half pissed and so damn happy,

speeches and more beer, its 1am the bouncers usher us out im trying to neck my triple jd and coke,

stood outside bazultra decides we should all head to the empire.

me mrj1210 and some others grab a taxi and head up there we end up playing £1/£2 bazultra is like mikethemouth never gives his mouth a rest.

me and matt and jaywhat and modge and catweasil leave at 5am im £125 up give matt some ££ i owe and we grab a cab back to club quaters,

Its been a awesome weekend with lots of new faces and lots of people i wanted to annoy.

loads of beer and plenty of laughs,

Needless to say both players that won the ME and the Bounty had been to leeds so we claim bragging rights,.

so a wonderful weekend over its give me a ton of stuff to think about ahead of the leeds event in febuary.

Thanks to everyone i met and a few i didnt get around to like vale (many apologys) mrdickie you sir are a legend.
