Im registered and going to try and stay up for it lol
Very tired already though but gona do my best .. lost $50 in the space of 10 mins due to 2 bad beats, my fault for getting a bit cocky and taking more money to the table because i just kept winning. Now i got nothing

Need to win this!

FFS! Cant believe iv stayed up this late for this!

29 left in the tourny, placed 9th with obvious good chip stack.

Guy calls UTG, rest fold around to me, very late position with AK .. raise 3x bb. Blinds fold and that guy calls.

Flop A J 9

I bet 4x bb, he calls.
turn Q so i push allin .. he calls and turns over 8 10 off!!!!
WTF?! Could believe it!! How can someone possibly do that UTG and call a raise, he wasnt palying particularly loose and was nicely stacked.

this then brought me pretty short stacked, hit 10 10 next hand so pushed .. called by AJ and he hits the A, cant really complain too much about that.

I bet the guy is a bot, only explanation. Even a complete and utter noob at poker would know not to call that, especially as this is a private.

ARGHHHHHH.

#1: Private tourneys are generally softer than public ones. They are filled with newer players trying to get a bankroll for free.

#2: With the "A2C" theory, as I like to call it, many players, especially new ones, wholeheartedly believe that ANY 2 CARDS can win (which, in fact, is true).

Yes, it is a bad beat, but there is nothing to suggest that he is a bot.

I had a look on this site. Is it a hoax or is it serius ??? I find it hard to take it serius. I would maybe deposit 50 just to check the site if it is for real. Have anyone attempted to withdraw money from this site? Do they offer rakeback trough pokernation?Ohh and do they offer omaha and stud`?

its no hoax, it's a new site on the Merge Poker network. The players are pretty soft.
