Full Contact Poker Forum anyone?.

Man last night was nuts. I registered earlier in the day at the FCP forum and posted a simple welcome thread to break in the account. Boy was I treated with some class over there. I was accused of spamming because of my PKR avatar and mentioning where I play online. And these weren't simple little "hey no spam" replies. A moderator even told me that I was real close to being banned because of the post. I then asked him to take it down since it was causing so much bullshit, and he wouldn't. He said that "too much has happened in it already for me to take it down just for you." I mean, this wasn't a philosophical discussion or anything. It was some long time board members treating me like crap, in my opinion, definitely not worthy of keeping it open only to fuel the fire. Therefore, I went ahead and posted a defensive reply of my initial intentions,etc. and was told that I was overreacting. The entire situation is pathetic; on my end as well, I won't deny that I did post a rather heated response in my defense.

It just goes to show you how lovely it is here at the PKR Nation. Honestly. I want to thank everyone here for being so welcoming and not responding like the FCP forum members to any of my posts. It's nice to have somewhere online to call "home."
