PKR Pal
PKR now includes PKR Pal, a clever little program installed along with PKR that will manage your PKR installation. PKR Pal downloads game updates in the background (saving you time when you log-in) and also gives you updates on your favourite tournaments. Rest assured they respect your privacy and PKR Pal doesn’t collect any information from your computer.

New voices!
PKR has a great new range of voices (with even more coming soon in the weeks and months ahead).

More emotes and moods
PKR has added a LOT more emotes. Some are in the menu, but there are many new hidden ones for you to find for yourselves that can only be executed using "/ " commands (try /typical for example). There’s loads more to find, good luck! They've also added a lot more emotes that work when your player is standing up and are saved between tables and games.

Player notes
Now you can take notes on rival players that will be saved for the next time you face them. Simply click on their name panel, choose ‘notes’ and start typing. Players with a note attached to them have a special icon.

Ignorance is (sometimes) bliss!
PKR has added an option so that you can choose not to have your folded cards shown to you. You can find this at the bottom of the Options>Game>Game tab.

Create your own emotes
Now you can create your own custom emotes in the chat window! Simply type /me followed by your desired and action and it will appear in the chat window. For example, by typing “/me thinks it really needs to stop raining” this will appear in the chat window as “your name thinks it really needs to stop raining”.

The new voices are horrible. It's the first time ever I have turned them off but it just doesn't seem right without them.

They are annoying and badly impersonated. I think the PKR guys walked around the office seeing who could do the best accents. lol

Yes, the old voices were way better.

hope the Aussie accent is the same.

Where did they get the new voice talent? 'Cheap tacky voices R us' ??
Why couldn't they update the new emotions using the old voice actors? Did they lose their numbers?

They are really wierd, i have the voices off now.
