Springfest is in the air - PKR Nation - For PKR 3D Poker and Casino Players

PKR is gearing up for its biggest promotion ever - Springfest. With $100,000 in prizes up for grabs over eight action packed days this festival is bound to draw a lot of interest. Springfest kicks off March 31 and features eight big money tournaments, all with low buy ins and tasty prize pools. Highlights include the $25,000 main event on April 7 and the Tournament of Champions to be held the week after Springfest where event winners will face off in a ten seat tourney for a ticket to the 2007 World Series of Poker! PKR will be releasing full details of Springfest on PKR.com starting Monday.

If any of you make your way to the WSOP let me know, I will be there.

PKR had a kickass display last year, it's too bad online poker rooms won't be displaying their stuff this year.

Some day I'll post about the midget ninjas at the Bodog party and the half naked Bodog girls you could pillow fight with. :P

omg if you dont joke about that can we see the pics of the girls then! ROFL

dont think i'll make it this year, i havn't had a super good run in tournys this year. still yet to go but im hoping to next year or the year after.

i have enough to buyin but want to make a decent trip out of it so im looking at needing around 30-40k to go and make it fun (ie fly over and back, decent room, buyins for most of the events, money to play with at casinos, spend on the lady friend etc)

almost made it over in 2001 when i was freerollling. i spent a whole year freerolling to try and get there, i made it to 6th place in a final qualifier where 3 spots one a WSOP package. took me 3 months to get that far and god it hurt. i stopped playing for about 6 months then started playin ring games after that.

I went out mostly for business last year and played some satelites and some small tounaments around Vegas. I cashed my 2nd day there so I had some extra cash to enjoy the rest of the trip.

I think we'll see alot more online WSOP tounaments in the next couple of months.

I'll look for some of them pics from last year, I'll try to get them up by tomorrow.

nice sounds like you had fun, the last time i was over in the us, (actually my first time lol) i went over for the big Egames expo when i was 18, god i had some fun on that trip.

went over with a bunch of friends from an MMO we were all involved in as it was being showcased that year. those booth girls were so hawt!

oh and i hope no one finds it wierd that i like girls lol

Springfest is here, with satellite qualifiers to the big $25K guaranteed main event kicking off today and rolling right through March. Springfest is PKR's biggest event to date with $85,000 in prizes up for grabs plus a seat in the 2007 WSOP Main Event.
