Let's also hope that they get the investment in the servers and bandwidth necessary to improve the frequently lagging performance and speed of updating available tables...

omg can everyone stop moaning about the bloody servers,every post i read on forums is about how pkr seem to be doing nothing about it.

give the guys a break and let them get on with what theyre doing itll be sorted soon.

meanwhile the cash tables are running smoothley so why not have a bash at what i think is the purest form of poker.

Well said mrj1210, PKR are doing a fine job atm, ofcourse they are going to have a few problems here and there with things like 10.000 players online at one time and there outstanding graphics.

PKR are going to be a massive hit in 2008, expect to see some huge achievements.

it is indeed gonna be massive this year,but all this negative talk from the "server moaners" isnt gonna do much good for their reputation so lets put an end to it and get ourselves behind all the guys at pkr.

im sure they have massive plans for 2008 aswell as a few tricks up their sleeves.

i have every faith in the guys.

That's phenomenal growth in such a short period. Is the 10,000 mark being reached regularly?

Must say that I have been on the site for most of the afternoon today, and didn't notice any significant server lag or have any issues when playing the odd tourney. I run using the (min spec) option, without any voices or sounds (I find them hugely distracting) and am very happy with the site performance.

And that's on a mediocre connection from the other side of the planet to the PKR servers, and with 8,370 online players.
