Hahaha, I am giving it a try as well. I took huge risks in the beginning of the game, but now I am holding firmly with a 10K stack in the 400PKR points freeroll.

It really works.

Meh, I got trapped by someone who limped in with AA and I busted out in the 30's. Won $1.65 :P

It does work, you just have to realize that sometimes you will bust out early, but hey, you didn't waste your time.

The only danger with playing differently in freerolls is that you can get into bad habits and start to play too loosely in the money games... but yeah it's a good idea if you can learn to switch your play. I tend to avoid slow freerolls as I find them more trouble than they're worth (the PKR freerolls are ok as the field is limited)
