No games showing on list - PKR Nation - For PKR 3D Poker and Casino Players

Hi all!

I've looking around everywhere for help on this, a hand would be really appreciatted!

Almost everytime I logon to the the game, not a single game shows on list. I've tried everything, from restarting game, restarting PC, port forwarding (as tech support indicated) and to wait....and wait.

Of course I got what I think is a pretty good internet connection. I can normally log on the game, "edit" me, see my profile.

I connect through cable. I've got a wireless router, where I've disabled all related to firewall

When by some unexpected miracle the list shows...almost everytime it's clearly not updating, obviuosly not allowing me to play sit & go's and tournaments. If being able to join a table, lag is usually there

Now, it seems like this problem reduces on off-peak hours...weird isn't it?

Any hints?

The server's crashed earlier today. There is some issues going on and it's possible that there are no games showing up. This should all be resolved by tomorrow.

Mi problem has been happening for a while, not just for that night. Actually right now,now game list!

Those are other issues then. Possible reasons are your computer is too slow or your video card can't handle the graphics. Try to load PKR with minimum specs and all other software closed. MSN Messanger causes me problems with PRK.

lol, sorry no, bad beats only happen for a few reasons, bad luck, poor play by you or poor play by people at your table.

I'm glad someone else is getting this problem. I am getting exactly the same thing.

I've tried loads of stuff to resolve this:
Re-boot
Re-Installed
Port forwarding
Swapped router to modem
Stopped MSN from running
Dropped graphics settings
Left the game to load tables for hours

Any one else got any other ideas?

Here's the response I received from PKR on this matter:

This ISP restricts access to secure networks at certain times of day (they would have the same trouble accessing some multi player PC games too). They do this without ever telling their customers they have restricted access (the cheeky sods) and it is a common problem as they are one of the cheapest ISPs around so many people use them.

The ISP can fix it, but they need to be told the user wants to and it can take a few days or even a week or two.
