I have 4k chips

I had J10

Flop: 1010J

I was winning, obviously. Someone bets 600, I call.

Turn: K

I check, he bets 600, I re raise to ALL-IN. He calls.

River: Irrelevant.

He turns up with bloody K10

Am I getting to hyped up in tourneys? I have won decent money in real money in the past, but cant hack it in the tournaments.

Don't fret dude. It's happening to me all the time at the moment. I'm getting knocked out of tournies before the money at the moment :-( . AA has cost me 3 tournies. (my mistake for overvaluing them, and on 2 occasions calling stations hitting lucky)

Your fullhouse beat is unlucky, but then, how likely is it someone is holding K10? (answer - very, as you know).

I'm just trying to smile as I go along at the moment, waiting for the magic to return.

I must say it's affected my confidence a fair bit. Need a few loose cheap games to get me back into my tight agressive lands when I used to be happy.

Sounds like me.

I cant win any money at the moment on a tournament online. I pretty much think you just need luck. It always seems that a load of gamblers do well, but if i gamble i get fucked up the arse.

Although i did manage to reach final table in a live tournament last night
