Yep, the only time I wouldn't raise pre-flop is if there was an aggressive donk at the table who I could rely on to raise it anyway, then I'd put in a fat re-raise.
That video is a great example of why a big raise is correct. Good thing he had the sense to lay it down after the flop...

in my experience slow playing anything is quite a dodgy stratergy. Especially those invincable AA's lol a decent raise is always good, id rather win a small pot than lose a big 1

There are 2 situations i dont raise with AA [playin no limit].

[1] when many have folded already and I want someone to stay in.
[2] when i am up against someone with more chips than me, who is aggressive and very unlikely to fold - in which case i'd rather see the flop b4 i commit to the kill.

actually i will not tell u my real strategy cos u might play me.

FOLD ALL ACES - THEY ARE A CURSE FROM THE GODS!!

I slowplay AA about once in 100 times, and even then I normally get caught out!! I much prefer to just raise with it everytime.

There's two main reasons for this:

1) I rarely limp in, so raising doesn't give away the strength of my hand
2) The more hands you raise with the more pressure you are putting on your opponents, even if you are raising with good hands

A heads up or 3 handed situation would be very different to a full table however and I would be more inclined to slow play as the stakes increase and the number of opponents decreases.
