There are a few odds calculators out there that work with pretty much every room out there EXCEPT here at PKR. I personally am working on the math skills required in Hold'em and hope to eventually be able to do it all in my head at the table without the need of a calculator, etc. I wish you the best of luck. Do a search for a program called PokerOffice. That's the only one that comes to mind just now. And I'm almost certain that it's free to download. But as I mentioned earlier, it does not work with PKR.

using these types of programs is a catch 22
yes u will see some short term gains, at the loss of actually learning the math of poker, which you will need for any home game to casino.

It might look hard at the start, to learn the math
but once u start seeing the patterns in the math, is when it becomes almost instant.

you dont even need to know all the maths of poker to be a great poker player.

what I would recomend is the learning of hole cards wining percent from starting positions..... the reason I suggest that, is because online players see more flops, and thats where knowing the odds, and knowing the types of players at your table... will open your hand selection.. but for a purpose

$$$$$

Question

Thanks for the advice Ass!.

In all seriousness though, you have a great point. Would you mind messaging me maybe and we could talk about learning the math of No Limit Hold'em?. I have a couple books around, but it's nice to hear it from someone's who's actually using them, you know?.

Thanks bro.
