PKR offers a lot of deposit and withdrawal methods. Especially the feature to deposit and withdraw directly to your bank account for limits as low as $20 is really unique in the business.
However if you find yourselves depositing and withdrawing a lot, for example to move money from one site to another or to take advantage of reload promos, you can lose a lot of money on conversion rates and it might be a good idea to have a look at e-wallets. E-wallets (also called digital wallets) are in essence banks who offer a variety of services. One of the most well-known e-wallets is Paypal. Too bad PKR doesn't offer paypal as deposit/withdraw option yet. In the pokerscene there are two very well known e-wallets in use. Moneybookers and Neteller Neteller is the largest and also offers a free Net+ creditcard (mastercard). You can use this creditcard to pay for goods and services all over the world and to withdraw cash from ATM's. You can also use Neteller to send and receive money from friends who also have a Neteller account. You can fund your Neteller account by sending money from your regular bank account and also can send funds from your Neteller account to your regular bank account. Moneybookers is also very large e-wallet but doesn't offer a creditcard. How to use The best way to profit from all these advantages and services is to create an account at both e-wallets and set one up in your native currency (EUR of GBP for example) and the other one in USD. Use the native one to really take money out of your bankroll and the USD one to move money from one to another pokersite. I have a Neteller account in euro and use it to send money to my bankaccount and use the creditcard to buy stuff in online shops. My moneybookers is in dollars and I use that one to move money between site and to always have some money in reserve for reload bonuses. This way I avoid losing money on conversion rates. Costs Just like having a poker account, having an account at an e-wallet is free of charge. Depositing and withdrawing to a from poker sites is also free of charge. They do charge you for withdrawing to your bank account tho. Neteller charges 7 euro for a bankwithdrawal and 3 euro for using their creditcard at an ATM. Buying goods with their creditcard is free of charge. Moneybookers is cheaper and charges 2 euro for a bankwithdrawal. Safety Both wallets are UK based and their license prohibits them from using player funds for operating expenses. They are regulated by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom and are not allowed to take US customers. Most pokersites demand you make a deposit with an e-wallets before you can withdraw to it. If you want to use a e-wallet open an account at Moneybookers and/or Neteller today!
